  • 360 Perimeter checks 

Your property will receive a perimeter inspection from one of our most skilled personnel. The appointed personnel will check the exterior of the property. Not limited to assuring the doors and windows are secure. No damages or tampering.

















  • Blue Light Safety Illumination

A blue light will illuminate during the night hours in order to deter trespassers and squatters. The illumination will be a clear indication that the property is protected by Sea of Blue Protection. The most beneficial part is that your neighbors will have a front row seat to the illumination. If the light is removed or dims, they will have a direct contact to alert us all. Also it will encourage a more seamless drive-by inspection. In some cases if the light is removed it can indicate that the trespasser or squatter removed it. This will prompt us to schedule a more immediate inspection, perform a more thorough inspection or have additional protective personnel on the way.





















  • Sea of Blue Protection Yard Sign

This sign will be placed on the lawn. All violators will have a forewarning not to enter onto the property. They will also have a clear understanding of what the charges will be against them.









  • Property Verification Enrollment

On our Property Verification page your property will be listed as any of the above mentioned. Law Enforcement officers, HOA presidents and others will have the ability to view the status of your property. i.e. if a squatter is occupying the home and a neighbor calls it in, Law Enforcement can verify its status on our site. Also you will be contacted if there are any issues on or at the property.














  • Door Seals

A seal on the door(s) of the property will immediately alert our personnel if the locks have been changed or tampered with. Each door will have its own unique seal number on an organized list to keep track of seal locations and also when seals have been authorized to be removed.












  • Curbside Lawn Maintenance (small *front yards only*) Larger properties may incur a small fee

Lets maintain the curb appeal. Most violators prey on properties that appear to be unkept and abandoned. Members of our team will maintain the lawns of the property. Small lawns will be maintained free of charge. Large properties may incur a small fee. (Fee or no fee will be determined during the property assessment)
